Mechanical Processing

The Mechanical Processing Department has been developing very dynamically and continuously since the plant was established. It currently consists of 26 production lines, which include processes such as high-precision machining, grinding, electron beam welding, and coating. The precision with which the components are processed is measured in thousandths of a millimeter, and the shortest production time for a single part is just a few seconds.

The machines and equipment used in the production lines are supplied by leading global manufacturers such as Micron, Muratec, Makino, and Brother. The technologies used in the manufacturing processes are modern and often represent innovations on a national and European scale.

We were the first and only ones in the Sanden Group to introduce friction welding of aluminum components in the production of pistons. The knowledge and expertise of our employees enable the continuous improvement of processes through the implementation of automation in the production lines.
