The quality of parts supplied by sub-suppliers is confirmed by random inspections with the use of specialised measuring devices by the Material Quality Assurance Department.

Quality control in the process of aluminium casting and machining is a particularly important stage. In order to ensure the highest standards, our components are controlled by qualified employees using professional measuring devices. Such verified parts are subject to the process of assembly using assembly machines with a high degree of technological advancement. The quality of the installation is confirmed by qualified personnel and by measuring devices of the highest accuracy.

The assembled compressor is subject to random inspections with specialized test equipment in terms of strength, noise, efficiency. This way, we ensure the highest quality at each stage of production – “beginning with the washer up until the compressor”.
