INFORMATION CLAUSE

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016, we inform you that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is Sanden Manufacturing Poland Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Polkowice at Fabryczna 11.
  2. The Data Protection Officer can be contacted via email: rodo.smp@g-sanden.com
  3. Your personal data will be processed for the sole purpose of:
    • necessary to establish a business relationship – in accordance with Article 6(1)(F) of the GDPR,
    • necessary for the conclusion and performance of the purchase contract – the processing is necessary for taking steps prior to the conclusion of the contract and the performance of the contract in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, point B of the GDPR,
    • necessary for complaints, complaints and requests – processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller (Article 6(1)(F) GDPR) – consisting of ensuring the quality of supply,
    • necessary for the maintenance of accounting and tax records – fulfilment of a legal obligation incumbent on the controller – (Article 6(1)(C) of the GDPR) in conjunction with Article 74 of the Accounting Act and other acts relating to taxes
    • necessary to assert and defend against claims – legitimate interest of the controller – (Article 6, paragraph 1, point F GDPR) – defence of the interests of the entrepreneur
  4. The recipients of your personal data will be:
  • entities cooperating with Sanden Manufacturing Poland Sp. z o.o. on the basis of entrustment agreements
  1. Your personal data may be transferred to a third country.
  2. Your personal data will be stored/processed:
    • In the case of the establishment of a business relationship, until such time as an effective objection is raised / the request is deleted
    • In the case of complaints, claims, requests – 12 months from the submission of the complaint / claim / request
    • For bookkeeping and tax records – 6 years according to separate regulations
    • For the assertion and defence of claims, 6 years from their due date
  3. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, restriction of processing, right to data portability.
  4. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the UODO if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
  5. You provide the data voluntarily. However, failure to provide data will result in the impossibility of submitting requests for quotations, concluding contracts or their execution.
  6. Your personal data will be processed by automated means and will not be subject to profiling and decision-making processes.
